It got us thinking, how can this be applied to our daily habits as Muslims? 💭

How to Apply Habit Stacking to Salah + Dhikr

Here’s the formula for habit-stacking:

After/Before [CURRENT HABIT], I will [NEW HABIT].

For Example: After each Salah, I will recite [specific Dhikr or Dua].

By attaching Dhikr to your established Salah routine, you’re more likely to remember and stay consistent. This small addition can greatly enrich your spiritual experience and keep you connected throughout the day.
