I was mesmerised with how they carried themselves. At that time, I wasn’t there just yet. I was still trying to understand the basics of my deen and was still relatively new to my hijab journey. But something that really encouraged me to dive deeper into my connection with salah was seeing how my classmates were towards me. The constant greeting with a smile and offering soft words of advice really played a pivotal role in my spiritual awakening. I’m so grateful Allah allowed our paths to cross. “
